Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the Miami facility and to delivery vehicles.
- Sort, pack, and label packages accurately to ensure correct shipping destinations.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and package sorting.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus (but not required for all positions).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
