As a Weekend Associate, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring products move efficiently from the warehouse floor to our customers' doors. We provide comprehensive training, safety gear, and a supportive environment where your contributions are recognized immediately.
Responsibilities
- Execute accurate receiving, stocking, and order picking operations to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak weekend volume periods.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with the weekend team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
