Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport palletized freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise in the warehouse for shipping and processing.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce errors.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa, AZ facility.
