Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stockrooms to ensure efficient workflow.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before loading.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Legal: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
