Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packaging and Sorting: Efficiently sort, pack, and prepare packages for shipment to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and identifying discrepancies.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
