Responsibilities
- Execute order fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, and shipping products with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve shipping discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is highly preferred.
