Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking and packing of merchandise for daily and weekly shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all inventory counts match stock records and update systems accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and quotas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to the Los Angeles facility.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-changing operational demands.
