Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products to meet daily shipping targets and quality standards.
- Load & Unload Trucks: Perform physical labor to load and unload trailers and delivery vehicles in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company specifications before shipment.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the option for overtime.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: A strong work history with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for safety documentation.
