Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to minimize errors in order processing.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
