Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and organize products to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Rotating shifts available).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in data entry and inventory.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctuality are essential.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
