Responsibilities
- Accurately process and sort incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-6pm)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and walking
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Street location
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if needed
- Background check required (no felonies)
