Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare customer orders by packing, labeling, and banding boxes for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all shipments meet company standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation (cycle counting).
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Albuquerque facility.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
