Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders by picking items from shelves and preparing them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels by performing cycle counts and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Reliability: Must have a strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counts.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
