Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and quantity.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated bins and storage areas.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping using proper wrapping and labeling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) and barcode scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy for using handheld scanners and logging data.
