Responsibilities
- Receiving & Storing: Inspect incoming shipments, verify counts, and store merchandise in designated areas efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select items for orders and package them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in regular stock counts, inventory rotation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Customer Support: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and organizing inventory.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must have reliable transportation to the San Jose facility.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
