Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain precise stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
