Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment with precision and speed.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory transfer.
- Perform regular inventory counts and organize stock to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
