Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Document daily operations and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Reliable transportation and punctual weekend availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
