Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic stocking and cycle counting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure weekend shipping deadlines are consistently met
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Document warehouse activities using digital reporting tools and maintain compliance records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with rotating shift options
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation tasks
