Responsibilities
- Execute the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and staging of inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a pristine and organized warehouse floor to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update shipment status and track inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets and deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
