Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages in our state-of-the-art warehouse facility
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with weekend team members to meet daily production targets
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Support cross-functional tasks including loading/unloading trucks and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
