Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any shipment discrepancies promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to minimize workplace accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
