Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trailers using electric pallet jacks
- Participate in monthly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
