Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all shipping standards are met before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure a smooth workflow during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (40 hours bi-weekly).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping labels.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous work experience.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
