Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, as required.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
