In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Whether it's helping a customer find the perfect item or keeping our store organized, your positive attitude will make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute daily operational goals and store promotions.
- Handle cash transactions and balance the register at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Must be between the ages of 16 and 19 years old.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle money responsibly.
