Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance and product demonstrations to walk-in customers on weekends.
- Set up and configure devices, ensuring all hardware and software are functioning optimally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment during peak weekend hours.
- Resolve basic technical issues and troubleshoot customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities for accessories and services.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong passion for consumer electronics, smartphones, tablets, and smart home devices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or tech support experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with assistance.
