Responsibilities
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and assist with product selections
- Process transactions accurately using POS systemsMaintain clean, organized store appearance and displays
- Stock shelves and inventory with attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
- Participate in weekend inventory counts when scheduled
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old (valid ID required)
- Available every Saturday and Sunday (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to South Beach location
- No prior experience necessary - we provide training
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Must maintain excellent school attendance records
