Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following recipes and standards
- Maintain clean and organized dining/kitchen areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with inventory and stocking duties
Qualifications
- Must be 14-17 years old (parental consent required for minors)
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Valid work permit if applicable per Indiana labor laws
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- No prior experience necessary – we provide training!
