Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at partner locations
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions
- Maintain inventory and facility cleanliness standards
- Assist with event setup and breakdown procedures
- Resolve client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 6am-10pm)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred
- Flexibility to cover multiple Philadelphia locations
