Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during weekend hours.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy.
- Utilize CRM software to update customer records and track service tickets.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Provide product knowledge and support to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
