- Oversee weekend operations and ensure service excellence across all departments
- Lead and mentor 5-8 weekend staff members through daily tasks and performance feedback
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues with proactive solutions
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift reporting for seamless handovers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance standards during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with weekday managers for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or team leadership experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight

- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
