Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations during weekend shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, process stock transfers, and ensure the sales floor is well-merchandised and organized.
- Handle customer service issues with professionalism, resolving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and manage cash handling responsibilities.
- Analyze weekly sales reports and implement strategies to improve weekend performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales results.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and POS systems.
- High school diploma or GED required.
