Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations, sales, and customer service during weekend shifts.
- Manage inventory levels, restock merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor part-time staff to ensure high performance.
- Handle cash handling, daily deposits, and sales reporting accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
