Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, answering inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization as needed.
- Handle cash transactions with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
