Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and racks according to established safety and organization protocols.
- Organize warehouse floor and sales floor to maximize efficiency and product visibility.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering basic inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and computer skills for scanning and data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
