Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Organize stock on shelves and displays to ensure products are accessible and visually appealing.
- Perform regular stock counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the sales floor and backroom areas are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to replenish items sold during the weekend rush.
- Assist in maintaining price integrity by checking and updating signage.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Basic math skills for handling inventory and transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
