Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise onto shelves in a timely manner.
- Organize the sales floor to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert supervisors when stock is running low.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering basic inquiries.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience or formal education is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
