Responsibilities
- Perform daily stock replenishment and inventory organization to ensure optimal product displays.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to drive sales.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and stockrooms at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) terminals and process returns accurately.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and sorting merchandise according to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
