Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning, counting, and organizing stock.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Verify product quality and accuracy against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow staff members during shifts.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available to work rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
