Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain the cleanliness of the store to meet high visual standards.
- Prepare beverages and food items according to strict recipes and quality guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawers.
- Assist with inventory management and periodic stock audits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
