The Role
As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution center runs smoothly during peak times.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and documentation of shipment details.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
