Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse tasks: Efficiently pick, pack, and stage inventory orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain safety standards: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Operate equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Inventory management: Assist in stock counts and inventory organization to maintain accurate records.
- Team collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to optimize workflow during shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Background check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in task execution.
