Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory.
- Load and Unload Cargo: Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using our inventory management system.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is required.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and scanning.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
