Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and distribution processes
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Coordinate loading/unloading of shipments with precision
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Document all warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
