Responsibilities
- Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all weekend production tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections to ensure all products meet strict company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance issues or malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
- Perform inventory checks and manage material handling procedures accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or technical role is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery, forklifts, or industrial tools is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all workplace regulations.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
