Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during peak weekend hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure an appealing product display.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and seasonal stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and change.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
