Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to weekend guests at our high-traffic coastal venue
- Efficiently manage weekend check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain pristine facility standards during peak weekend hours
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Support weekend inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weekend operational needs
- Valid food handler/servsafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
