Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and maintain high service standards
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members during peak weekend hours
- Manage inventory processes and ensure stockroom organization
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with weekday managers for operational continuity
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability for Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm)
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
