Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations and supervise 5-8 team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional displays
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Train new weekend staff on operational procedures
- Process daily transactions and end-of-day reconciliations
Qualifications
